The success of a training measure is significantly determined by the design of the learning process. Learning new procedures and behaviors as well as putting them into practice becomes more effective, the more actively the participants of a training course are involved in a training course and the more they experience the newly obtained knowledge themselves. This is the only way to leave well-trodden paths.
